Parent Leader Application Form

Please fill in this form to apply to join the team and become a Parent Leader in Waitākere. Before you start make sure you're available for most of the support sessions, which you can see listed in the Support Schedule. If you'd like to apply to be a Parent Leader in Kaipātiki, please click here.

Please note our programme is currently only offered to parents of under fives in Waitākere. We can't accept parent leaders from outside Waitākere, or parents who aren't parenting under fives.
