Parent Leader Application Form

Please fill in this form to apply to join the team and become a Parent Leader in Kaipāitki (to apply  as a Parent Leader in Waitākere, click here). Before you start make sure you're available for most of the support sessions, which you can see listed in the Support Schedule. 

Please note our programme is currently only offered to parents of under fives in Kaipātiki and Waitākere. We can't accept Parent Leaders from outside Kaipātiki or Waitākere, or parents who aren't parenting under fives.
